My Story
I help IT industry CxOs and executives but that was not what I always did.
I studied to be a medical doctor and I hold post graduate degrees in two medical specialities Pediatrics and Forensic Medicine. I practiced medicine for 10 years but somewhere in between I became a software entrepreneur. Together with my wife I created and ran a very successful software company SANIsoft. SANIsoft specialised in creating high performance web applications.
I have been CBT practitioner for last seven years.

Short term
The duration of the CBT is considerably shorter than other modalities. It can be as short as a single session. On an average it lasts 4 to 8 sessions.
Present based
Don’t like to tell you past story, no problems CBT is present oriented and focuses on how you are thinking in the present. We don’t dismiss the past, we don’t dwell in it.
Goal oriented
One of the reasons CBT is short and present based because it is driven by clear end goals and there are set agendas for session which are set in agreement with the clients
Active directive
A CBT coach is not just a guide but also acts as a teacher and mentor. The approach is very direct and aims at not only the client feeling better but also getting better
